Yumeetly Pricing Policy
Effective 2026-06-10. This page is the canonical source for what each plan includes, how usage is metered, and our right to amend.
1. Plans we offer
Yumeetly is sold in three tiers plus an optional add-on. Each tier's included features and limits are listed below. Region-specific list prices are shown live on the pricing page and reflect the buyer's detected currency.
Free
- 1 Digital Smart Card, free for the first 180 days from the date the card is created. After that window, the card requires Pro to remain active for wallet pass issuance and continued analytics.
- 200 taps across all your Smart Cards (lifetime). A "tap" is any inbound visitor event we record on a Smart Card — page views, QR scans, NFC taps, CTA clicks, lead captures, save-to-contact events, book-meeting clicks, product clicks. Once exhausted, new events stop being counted and your dashboard freezes at the cap.
- 200 1-1 meeting bookings (lifetime, across all your meeting types). Once exhausted, new bookings are blocked with an "upgrade required" message shown to your visitors.
- 1 meeting type, 5 AI pre-call briefs per UTC month.
- Email reminders.
- Event ticketing with a 3% platform fee on paid tickets.
- Region-detected payments (Stripe or Razorpay) where supported.
Pro
- Up to 3 Digital Smart Cards (was unlimited prior to this policy revision).
- Unlimited taps, unlimited bookings, unlimited meeting types, unlimited AI pre-call briefs.
- Wallet card included indefinitely (no 6-month window).
- Meeting Intelligence (recordings, AI reports, shareable portals), AI Notetaker, Networking Sessions.
- Sales pipeline + Quick Sell, Lead intelligence + CSV export, Templates, Business profiles (sub-brands), NFC token batches.
- WhatsApp business inbox, Event audience advocacy, 0% event platform fee.
- Remove the "Powered by Yumeetly" badge on event pages and embeds.
- Wallet pass white-label (your logo / accent / company name).
- Developer API access (v1 Bookings, Meeting Types, Sales Docs).
Enterprise
Unlimited Smart Cards. Custom-priced for organisations with bespoke security, SSO, data-residency, support, or seat-pool requirements. Hand-sold — contact us.
AI Identity (add-on)
An add-on layered on top of Pro. Unlocks the public AI representative (PersonAI / CompanyAI / etc.) with RAG knowledge and lead capture. Priced separately.
2. Physical card orders
Optional physical NFC cards are sold as a one-off line item, separate from any tier. List price is US$30 per card. Shipping and applicable taxes are added at checkout. Orders are fulfilled by Yumeetly directly; transit times depend on your destination country. Cards remain functional even if your Yumeetly account is later downgraded to Free, subject to the Free-tier limits above.
3. How we count
Counters are computed from your live workspace data and are visible to you inside the admin dashboard (per-workspace usage panel). We do not pre-aggregate to a separate table — what you see is what we count.
- Taps: every ProfileEvent row in your workspace, regardless of source. We do not exclude bot traffic from the counter; if you suspect inflated counts due to bot abuse, contact support and we will investigate.
- Bookings: every Booking row across all your meeting types, regardless of whether the visitor later cancelled or rescheduled.
- Smart Card 6-month free window: measured from the
created_atof the oldest Smart Card in your workspace. The clock does not reset if you delete and re-create a card. - Smart Card count: live count of non-archived Smart Cards in your workspace.
4. Upgrades, downgrades and refunds
You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time from your dashboard; the new tier is available immediately. Downgrades from Pro to Free apply at the end of your current billing cycle; we do not pro-rate downgrade refunds.
Refunds for paid plans are handled by the payment rail you originally paid through (Stripe, Razorpay, Apple, Google). For web payments (Stripe / Razorpay) we will pro-rate the unused period when the cancellation is initiated by you within 30 days of the most recent payment. For Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions, you must request the refund through the relevant platform's refund flow — Yumeetly cannot refund those rails server-side.
Physical card orders are refundable in full only if the card has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order is non-refundable.
5. Fair use, abuse, and account standing
Plan limits exist to keep the service available for everyone. We may:
- Throttle or temporarily lock an account that creates obvious bot-driven traffic, signs in from compromised credentials, sends abusive volume, or exploits the AI features beyond reasonable per-user limits.
- Disable an account permanently for serious or repeated violations of these terms, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.
- Delete an account's data after a continuous inactivity period of 24 months on the Free tier, with a 30-day prior email notice to the address of record.
We log all account actions taken by the Yumeetly operator team to an audit trail and can supply you with the relevant entries on request.
6. Currency and tax
Prices on the pricing page are detected from your country and shown in your local currency where supported (USD, GBP, EUR, INR, SGD, AUD, CAD, AED, ZAR, plus a handful of regional variants). For currencies we don't price natively we convert from USD using the rate refreshed daily. Where required by local tax law (UK VAT, EU VAT, Indian GST, etc.) the tax is added at checkout; otherwise the displayed price is the total you pay.
7. Our right to amend
We — Innotechwise Pvt Ltd, operator of Yumeetly — reserve the right at our sole discretion to change, modify, update, delete, amend, replace, or introduce new pricing policies, tier inclusions, limits, durations, add-ons, payment methods, and related commercial terms at any time.
Where a change is material to an existing paying customer — including a price increase, a reduction in included entitlements, the introduction of a new cap, the discontinuation of a feature you actively use, or the introduction of an entirely new policy that changes your commercial relationship with us — we will give at least 30 days' prior notice by email to the address of record before the change takes effect. During the notice window you may cancel before the change applies; we will refund any pre-paid period beyond the cancellation date on a pro-rata basis for the payment rails we control (Stripe / Razorpay).
Non-material changes (typographic corrections, clarifying language, the addition of a new tier that doesn't affect your existing one, the addition of an optional add-on) may be applied without the 30-day notice but will always be reflected on this page with a refreshed effective date.
For Free-tier users, the 30-day notice is given best-effort to the email address on file but is not a binding commitment, given the no-cost nature of the relationship.
